It's a bit ****, is Bristol. Full of drunks and crusties, with dogs on bits of string. Clifton's meant to be the nice bit, and even that's a crumbling ruin. Bath's nice though.
The river Avon splits Bristol in two. North side has the Uni, Art galleries, theatres, great clubs & pubs, beautiful parkland, period architecture, and is generally a very nice. By contrast the South is sprawling social housing experiments gone badly wrong full of smack heads, chavvy ****s, most women have had 2 kids before there 16, and none of the dirty lazy ****s work.
Bristol really is a bit of a mixed bag.....(Ive lived there for 33 years.) Its for the most part quite a chilled city...people have refferred to it as the 2nd Seattle. You will find quite a lot of |Earth Lovers in bristol and surrounding areas, strong spiritual connection with Glastonbury and all that. There are some very Upper class areas... Upon top of the gorg you have Sneyd park and such, Clifton is the hub of these areas and is a nice place to browse, some nice parks and such aswell up there.... big multicultural population in bristol...Used to be concentrated around St Pauls and Montpellier, but its all quite mixed these days there are a few place that can be a bit of a mare....Avoid buying or renting property in Hartcliffe or Knowle West...(Dont know which one Vikki pollard came from, but its deffinately one of them.) If your renting and want to be in with fun people....Look at gloucester Road...... if you are looking to buy...Go to the suburb country side to the south west of bristol on your way to Weston...really chilled out down there with plenty of Zider...... If you want to watch good football every weekend....do not move to bristol!!!!
This is an outrage Toiler We were going to be roomies and have different bitches back and take aways and and ... **** you
bristol isnt as North and South as this guy makes out...... There are some didgy areas both sides of the River.......Ever heard of the St pauls Riots? (North Side.) And on the South side you had the Hartcliffe Riots....lol But it really isnt that bad....most people are really nice......... Avoid young males, most of them are filled to the eyeballs with Steroids and MCAT.
Deflection... what about us? farting and crossing swords and getting 6 nuggets and not eating 6 nuggets
Bristol is a great city....many people visit/study here and stay. The hills make it...built on seven like Rome. Adjacent districts can be completely different in character. Good music scene, thriving theatre and comedy venues. We can be a bit insular...it comes from being ignored by the rest of the country...but we don't mind! Easy access to Somerset, Gloucestershire, Wales and M4/M5. Wouldn't live anywhere else. If you really must London is less than 2hrs drive away. Oh...and cider!
I like brizzle.. Very bohemian.. The accents do make everyone sound thick though which on bristolian women is quite alluring
