well bun is now in the oven for the revised plans for AG income from this complex will certainly help toward the 3 or 4 sports that are being catered for. A real solid move into the 22nd century!
noted that the dog walkers are to a new housing complex on their doorstep! [ approval pending ] should also be a source of income should it be attached to sport Bristol [ not sure on exact ownership... SL & ??? ] SUCH BUILDING SITES now have to cater for low rental/ part purchase / and sold as

they have already had 1 go! and the hotel building been reduced by 4 or so floors in height to be same as stand height!.. that's a big loss of income ………. assuming 14 rooms per floor, likely more, at £100 per night = £5600 per night should it fully booked == potentially in excess of £1.2m ------ £1.6m pa.
