A visiting Blackburn fan at yesterday match said to an acquaintance of mine that the directors were looking to sell the club because they were not prepared to put any further finance into the club.
Said Blackburn fan also thought that the referee was very biased towards the Rovers

If he was referring to "Bristol" Rovers then he was winding your acquaintance up there I think, I am really finding it hard to remember back over the many years that I have been watching the Rovers to recall a referee more biased towards the away team than the chap we had on Saturday....with maybe the exception of perhaps Brian Daniels from Brentwood in Essex.
The only way the Directors are going to put money in to the club is if the ground sells out for all of next years home games, so he may be right in that statement.
