I really think that match was there for us to win if we'd come out
in the second half with an attacking frame of mind.
We matched them in the first half and, surprising though it seems,
narrowly deserved that one goal lead. I reckon that if we'd got a second
and the crowd had then been against them they would have then
(subconsciously) thought 'Let's get home and get into the Championship'
They had that look about them.
I'm afraid that MM got it seriously wrong as we went on the back foot
in the second half, leaving Eaves stranded up front.
He may be an engaging and articulate bloke, but MM ain't getting it right.
