The pass from Willock to Paal? Yeah, that's the one I'd be more annoyed at than the cross as a BCFC fan.
Yep, it was a yard or 2 offside, but them’s the breaks. They say they even out over the season, but as a City fam, I feel we are 2 or 3 down over the season so far. Looking forward to it evening out!
I suppose it doesn’t matter, as the Lino didn’t give it, but if we want to move the Championship forward in line with the EPL and other top European leagues, then VAR is needed. If it had, I’m a 100% certain your second goal doesn’t stand. As I say, it matters not now, we lost a game we didn’t really deserve to, we didn’t deserve to win either in fairness, but S every fan knows, when you lose to a contentious goal is always worse than being outplayed and thrashed. Good luck for the rest of the season, I like QPR, a good club and good fans!
A line diagram I've seen shows Paal wasn't offside for the 2nd goal. I've not seen any such diagram for the Willock goal disallowed for offside, but I and other Rangers thought he looked well onside. That would have made it 3-1, a result showing a more accurate picture of the game, and especially our play that last 30 minutes of the 1st half.
According to Clives report, in the lead up to the header that Seny saved early in the match there were a couple of City players in offside positions - sounds like the officials had another mare of a game all round https://www.fansnetwork.co.uk/footb...h-to-see-through-qprs-latest-city-win--report
