yes everythings kushty at the moment but to my mind, he is just about starting to get us out of the ****e he got us into in the first place,
That’s a bit harsh,,we were in the s***e when he arrived tbf. Saturday we competed with a club that’s pretty much a prem club, who have PP and we beat them, and are unbeaten in 9, credit where credit is due.
Can't remember ever a time I've said I wanted him to leave......Seems like you were happy with the setup and tactics being setout before this run..NP even blaming supporters for the poor results, which if I remember RR was non too happy with.. Yes an absolute twaddle comment......RP.....but expected from someone desperate for some sort of progress that was promised (nearly 3 years ago) but never came!!! At last a glimpse of hope....................................oh the bells!
TBF we've been ****e for two years, just now starting to improve.......we've been on a good run (and I now like the way we are standing a bit firmer at the back). Interesting to see how we bounce after a loss, to me will decide if we've turned the corner ..The Sunderland game could be a good tester!!
No pretending about it; I said all season long, that the 5 at the back with Sykes at RWB was killing us. Now he’s switched away from that; our form has improved. Coincidence, I think not. I did call for him to go as he appeared too stubborn to change, and we were plummeting down the table. He seems to have turned the corner, and long may this unbeaten streak continue
The fixture distribution, not just for us , plays a big part, as does the form of the opposition when you play them we lost to WBA AS THEY BEGAN THEIR ASCENDANCY! .. but beat them in the cup [ always a different kettle of fish,] Take Blackburn / Norwich ... both in top top 6 [ ish ] but not firing on all cylinders! Fantastic we have cashed in on our points gathering toward safety, and now we approach a very difficult fixture list which will truly show our ilk ... 16 points from next 30 we will be a good average Championship side!
