Madders is so impressive. Every time he is left to carry the team, and no one is able to take their chances. He is always there to do it for us. He must be so confident and mentally strong for such a young lad.

 

Hooper was DETERMINED to give #BCFC as much chances as possible.

 

Certainly seems to of given them every chance to get something out of the game again.

That's the long through balls Vrancic can execute so well. Even better is that he's improved the defensive side of his game tremendously. Great result after a difficult week. Gunn's great save was also crucial and our back 3 solid throughout. WhoScored had Hanley MotM with an 8.4 rating. Maddison close behind on 8.0.

Close enough if we're good enough. Big if, I know. But at least we're not getting dragged into a relegation fight, which I seriously worried about after Brentford.

Don’t know where to start: can’t believe we won that match. Murphy has a shot taken off the line, Oliveira misses one on one, Maddison scores again and the PL vultures will circle once more. Watkins not even on the bench, CJ injured, Jarvis injured for the 15th month? Pritchard sold and is in a side that gets stuffed and Wildschut makes a goal for Cardiff. Four CB’s on at the same time and 5 yellow cards to NCFC players. Gunn makes an unbelieverable save and we have now won more games away than at home. If we keep Maddison in the transfer window l will be delighted but with the likes of Wolves, Liverpool and
Spurs? interested (and others yet undeclared) then I wouldn’t bet on it. Are we above ITFCin the league now?
