We will lose at Boro and will lose at home to the Saints another 6 points dropped. You do realise we are only 10 points of the relegation zone. Mannings stats at present are relegation form.
The only thing precious to me is BCFC, if LM and co make a go of things I’ll be as happy as Larry. I’ve no allegiance to Nige, other than what he did for us. I happen to believe given a chance to spend a bit, money he’d help to amass we would be better off than we are now. Had he failed I’d have been at the front of the queue wishing him a fond farewell.
That’s all true but the likes of Ipswich are right in the mix and haven’t spent much money I’m assuming it’s down to good recruitment, good coaching, and good overall club management ?
We were 2 points off the playoffs when NP was sacked. After the Southampton game I wonder if we'll be looking the other way. Thank goodness for Rotherham and Sheffield Wednesday.
No mines not blinkered at all. I didn’t like SoD but I won’t blame him for his failure it’s the past. I liked Cotts but understood he had to go. Less said about the failed experiment of the other two the better. Pearson came in to do a job done it, lost his head again and got sacked. I don’t find Mannings interviews that great. But Fridays performance was dire, but like them all they all had equally as bad performances. I support any of them when they manage the club I support, but once gone don’t care about them. Dont follow them don’t read up on them.
One other thing I will add, I like the excitement of getting to the Prem, but I dread going to every game expecting to lose. I like the Championship is more competitive and everyone can beat anyone.
I’m torn, part of me wants promotion, but like you I also like you like the championship. I’m envious of the likes of Brighton, and really don’t see that there is any reason we couldn’t achieve what they have, but I really wouldn’t want to do what Cardiff did and get promoted just to get hammered every week. I’m also really pi$$ed off that clubs like Bournemouth keep taking our best players, especially when they only managed promotion by cheating and getting away with it.

Posters elsewhere seem to be saying things are not well in the corridors of Ashton Gate. Don’t now anything just what I have seen by posters elsewhere. Anybody heard anything.
We haven’t got the quality to play the way Manning wants us to play. However, I don’t believe we will be relegated this season. We just need to get past the Forest game so we can concentrate on the league again.
