Bell’s wages have been off our books, if they can shift Cornick, Sinclair and/or Mayulu that’ll help too.

Why aren’t we seeing more of Mayulu. The most natural finisher we have! Yes he seems lazy, but not even getting on at all when we need goals is staggering to me. Sincs will tie up defenders and wear them down with his pace and physicality at the ends of games, but he just isn’t going to score goals - he’s had more than enough chances, he simply isn’t good enough, and I doubt he ever will be.

Would still need to replace them, which won’t be free. Wouldn’t think Bell is on too much (more than I could dream off though) but in comparison to others or a replacement not a lot.
I would think unless and his price went up again last night Semenyo moves we will be in for OOC players like Riis and Randall again.

I will say it again to everyone expecting us to get a striker in January or next Summer. WE’VE GOT NO MONEY. We only got Riis as he was out of contract.

They ****ed up bad last year with the duds they got that we’ve got no money.

If we spend like some think we can, they will be blaming management as to why we’ve got points reductions.

Also Twine wasn’t £5 million, plus he’s been involved in 7 of our goals in 9 games. Something like top three in Europe to create a goal on free kicks. He’s running back more this season (played with injuries last season and out of position) not moaning so much. So to put him into waste of money bracket seems bit harsh when we are feeding in supermarket bargain bucket as it is.

If Semenyo was sold then we get 20% above 10 million so will be quite a bit as the way he’s started this season his value is only going to increase.
We need to mug some other club into buying Armstrong
I don’t think he’s ever going to be good or a consistent scorer enough to warrant keeping him
I also include Cornick in that assessment

They were looking at a striker during the summer, but it fell through, I’m not saying they’ve got loads, or will be able to splash the cash, but if they can shift some of the deadwood I’m sure it’ll free funds up for someone to come in, we can’t afford another mess up though like the Sincs, Fally debacle

Cornick will be out of contract in the summer, so he will be off then.
No one as stupid as Tinns would buy Armstrong. So I guess we are stuck with him. Unless some club that live in a dark cave somewhere abroad without video access are in for him.

Jacob Brown, had a few injury issues and it was a loan deal. Not buying him permanently. Think he is in his last year so maybe would have converted to signing when deal ended on a free transfer.
