So who wants NP out now

Next season going to be exciting NP is turning the tide.

100% the man for the rebuild onwards and upwards.

Chris Martin what a player absolutely class.

    Who wants him gone now.
Works hard brings others into play and still banged in 12 goals.

22 goals and 10 assists, some season, especially considering last season he had an ACL injury, incredible. We’ll done Andi

Good to see Williams playing well too, fingers crossed next season finally sees him come through his injury nightmare, if fit he could be a very influential player.

Some getting carried away, last game of the season at Ashton Gate, no pressure from either sides for anything.....But good display from City for the home fans, lets hope it can be a positive for next season with some decent signings.......Weimann outstanding goals tally for us in, has to be said a poor season.. Next season, NP will have no excuses not to improve us IMO..

RR - You keep attacking people on here who ‘want NP gone’ - except they don’t exist.
Same with Martin - I don’t remember reading anyone wanting him gone either.
Holding people to account is not the same as wanting them sacked.
Yesterday was a great win, but I certainly don’t believe we’ll see that week in week out. One swallow etc.

I just get the impression you and a few others want him to fail.
We have a manager that is able to take us up and has the experience to keep us there.
I really can’t get my head around people saying they can’t see improvement.

I can’t speak for the others, but I NEVER want ANY Bristol City manager to fail. I’ve supported them all - but have and will criticise when I think things could be done better.
Things certainly HAVE been better of late - we are now the 3rd highest scorers in the league behind the top 2 clubs. That’s a great improvement. It hasn’t been like this all season - it’s only now it’s got better.
I really hope we can continue this form into next season. I have my doubts (Ive been a city fan long enough to know that the wheels ALWAYS fall off) but I do desperately hope.

This season the job was to stay up, bring through youngsters and set the base for progression, it took a while, but all objectives achieved, you’re right though, next season we have to push on. It won’t be easy though, the summer window is going to have to be handled well in difficult circumstances.

As predicted, one good result and it’s all how great NP is, and how he gets the best from the players. Which begs the question, why can’t he do it any more consistently than previous, less experienced managers?

And I get the impression that you and many others want to say things are better just because it’s not LJ anymore, but they are not! They may be next season, and I hope they are, but the last 2 seasons have been dire compared to the previous 4, fact!

Again, who says staying up was the only aim? Clearly not the BCFC hierarchy judging by their comments this week. It’s not lost on me how the anti LJ brigade have lowered the expectation bar to the absolute minimum to make a case we are doing well. It’s laughable to be honest.

Why mention LJ, I certainly didn’t. The only manager I’m interested in is our present one, whoever that is at the time. At times you seem obsessed.

3rd highest goal scorers in the championship not bad that.
Get the defence sorted for next season-get James and Williams fully fit-exciting times ahead.

I just think it's great we have just gone 5 games without defeat, we have attained 17th place and 55 points, gauranteed a Championship place next season, just spanked a fellow Championship side 5-0 and we have stayed in the Championship 2 years without LJ, almost 50% of the time he ruled, we have done it with reduced cost, reduced number of signings, reduced playing squad and the fanbase standing 100% behind the club.

Times are getting better, I will add your comment is partially correct because of obvious circumstances we do have temporary reduced ambitions.
