Sounds a decent prospect, but from the other 3 clubs mentioned above I very much doubt that he'll choose us.

Bristol City should use the transfer market to give midfield timely boost Robins have a deep squad and don't want for much - but adding to the roster could lift the mood and make the difference in May. https://www.bristolpost.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/mark-ashton-should-look-use-4825194
Reports suggest that City will duke it out with Swansea City, Derby County and Middlesbrough for Danish forward Kasper Junker. Not for me thanks!! We had Engvall who had a great record in Scandinavian football but was hopeless for us. This guy has only really scored goals in the Norwegian leagues, which is nowhere near Championship standard.

Bristol City to decide on January recalls and transfer market plans after Luton Town game Robins weighing up bringing back several players to Ashton Gate. https://www.bristolpost.co.uk/sport...s/bristol-city-decide-january-recalls-4838503
The conversation is all about recalls, Holden, Mark Ashton, Brian Tinnion and others have discussed the recall of players elsewhere, there is nothing about additions or moving the deadweights on, it's as if nothing has changed, we are treading the same deadbeat path we have trodden before, it's not looking great folks.
Until the above mentioned get their heads out of their backsides nothing positive will happen at Bristol City. Perhaps none of them have the balls to face the facts and then tell Lansdown that his approach has never worked in the past and so what hope is there now? Hide you head wherever you may but reality and history tells me that forward thinking has gone the way of the dodo. I have this feeling that our transfer dealings will show us again that we approach this business of football in such a haphazard way that no decent player, or manager for that matter, will put Ashton Gate on their "must go there list". Ah well there's always Tony Pulis.
Not sure Wiz how you can say we're treading the same deadbeat path. In the previous regime we signed 63 players and sold or moved on numerous players in 4 years. This season is totally different. Covid ?? 1 player we paid money for, he's possibly out for the season, the 4 others are crock loans.
Yes I agree, my thinking was on low profile activities and secret litlle meetings involving Mark Ashton, I had forgotten the LJ habit of signing every rag, tag and bobtail available. I must be over the LJ period and I didn't even know it, great you brought me back to earth Rp...
As we all appreciate this is a diferent [ difficult ] type of season. NO MONEY to be wasted, we are currently 3pts [ 6pts] off top 6 position ..should we get through to end of in top 10 under the circumstances not bad considering injuries … RE call Palmer, I did say, so not hindsight we should have kept hold! WE got just over a million for Joe, although he was getting good reports prior to leaving! we have Brentford then cup game then back to championship, so potentially 3 weeks to get some injured back into training to start re playing them …. do we need any more to come in other than on books at present? ...NO
Callum O'Dowda ruled out for months in Bristol City injury blow but loanees to return Head coach Dean Holden gave update on his squad on Thursday afternoon ahead of trip to Brentford. https://www.bristolpost.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/callum-odowda-ruled-out-months-4845651
What is causing so many injuries at the club? We may as well cancel the loans of Mawson and Sessongong if they are long term injuries, and use that squad space to get someone else in.
