I have a grudging respect for Hollowhead as a manager and a Bristolian.
To me he’s a bit of a pantomime villain - a bit like Warnock but a bit more personal because he claims to dislike us whereas Warnock claims to like us.

Bristol Live picks out the stand-out talking points after Bristol City were left frustrated in their 1-0 defeat to Coventry City at the CBS Arena

I know it’s stating the obvious, but if we want to be successful we have to start finding ways to win matches.

I get the feeling as a team, and to a point supporters as well, being positive and playing on the front foot is seen as success in itself, we have to change that mindset. Whilst it’s better to watch attacking football, our aim must be to win, not just entertain.

To be fair we’ve been very close. We’ve had 3 dodgy refereeing decisions go against us (Wrexham, Millwall and yesterday Coventry) which would have given us 2 extra points - possibly more as it may have changed the Wrexham game.
We are a gnats tadger away from where we want to be.

Shame
He was doing such a brilliant job <laugh>
The record number of straight losses for the 4th Tier is 12 games.
The Gas have apparently lost 10 on the trot and next up have to face 2 in form teams in Crewe and Bromley. Should they lose those 2 they can set a new record if they lose at Shrewsbury on New Years Day
But there might be the dead cat bounce of a new Manager at some point soon
