we do seem very good at picking youngsters showing fantastic potential before they collapse into a myriad of long term injuries!

    Play ‘Bristol City Bingo.
Put an ‘X’ over each phrase when you read it posted on a City forum.
See who gets a full house first:

… the only phrase missing is ‘I blame LJ..’……. <whistle>

I don’t remember that, when was it taken down?. I just about remember the Dolman being built, but that’s my earliest memory.

Apparently the Dolman was built 1970, I would have been 8 or 9, I kinda remember it not being there, but not what was actually there. Very interesting to see it.

The Cow Shed is before my time too
My first recollection of that area is huge piles of earth where the Dolman was to be built and the people in the flats behind watching the games for free from their balconies
    I reckon that was 1969

Agree with the sentiment that we're not ruthless enough
All the rest is also true as far as I can see

I have fond memories of standing just where the end of the cow shed goes into terrace only. Looking back at it now it was a bit of a Heath-Robinson build but despite it's ancient recreation ground look it still evokes a flood of times back in my younger days. The world outlook wasn't ****e back in those golden days.

If we want to be challenging for the play-offs, we need a minimum of 9 points from the rest of our games this month.
