Now who is being daft? If I am not to read into the post as referring to Neil then I am on lost tbh. As for talking to mgrs. They have the leadership group within the squad. They have for a couple of seasons and we all know this. Their opinions will be asked for week on week I suspect. They have their forum to make whatever representations they see fit. I am checking out now. It is a daft debate and I have dragged myself into it on a sunny afternoon. I should know better.
Defo not dragging Neil in, he had a great game… Being a captain is more than just performing on the pitch though. You’re supposed to be the leader on the pitch and that includes more than just putting in a shift. Nobody other than Watson to blame for his own **** attitude. Just stated I can’t imagine more vocal, senior players putting up with a performance like that continually dropping his teammates in the **** through lack of effort and pointed to an example that sits fresh in my mind.
To be fair you were keen enough to ‘drag yourself into the debate’ when you were disagreeing with people who didn't want Watson to play. Anyway, that's what discussion forums are all about, debate and opinions ... ... but it's like euthanasia, optional not compulsory
He was very dangerous whenever he got the ball. We will have to be right on top of our game to contain him when (if) we meet again in the playoffs. A very very good player.
Ref watch on SSN: Just shown four fouls in the Palace game similar to Hume’s 2 given yellows 2 nothing given. Mind that penalty for Swansea against Hull was an absolute disgrace.
Yeah it's a privilege to be here mate. My wife and I saw the Pope on Easter Sunday when he was driven past the crowds in St Peter's square. It was very moving. I'm not religious at all but thought a lot of Pope Francis. We were in the basilica late yesterday morning when we found out he had passed away. Just turned on mobile data and read a WhatsApp message from a mate. My wife had already had a couple of messages but hadn't thought to read them straight away. I bet a lot of people in there didn't know. There were odd groups gathered round a phone as if they were absorbing the news. We're going to Florence tomorrow then will try to see the Pope lying in state on Thursday.
That’s literally one of the best posts i’ve seen on here. Keep up posted mate. Edit: I’m sure you know already but you can get a service bus up the hill where you can look down at the whole of Florence, fabulous!
