Bristol City player makes honest admission regarding summer move to Ashton Gate https://footballleagueworld.co.uk/b...mission-regarding-summer-move-to-ashton-gate/
I think Max was expected to leave, things have changed now with Max being given his chance and taking it. It remains to be seen if Bents will leave in the summer, which could potentially promote Bajic to No 2.

Bristol City’s new £29.1m squad market value as Wolves, Spurs and Bournemouth targets valued Bristol City’s got some of the best young players in the English Football League, but how much are they valued at? https://www.bristolworld.com/sport/...and-bournemouth-targets-valued-3999764?page=6
So, if Bentley leaves, and the the keeper that left earlier this week on loan, we only have Max as a recognised keeper in the first team squad. Genius.....
Does seem a bit odd, of course it’s only rumours at this stage. I’m not sure the young French keeper was up to first team anyhow, so I assume if Bents does go, which would free ups fair bit of wages we’ll have to bring in another championship standard keeper.
Wolves set to sign goalkeeper Daniel Bentley https://www.expressandstar.com/spor...wolves-set-to-sign-goalkeeper-daniel-bentley/
We obviously now will have to sign another keeper, either permanently, or on loan. I can’t see an on loan keeper wanting to come in as a No 2, so most likely will have to be a permanent signing.
Shame. I really rated Bents. Don’t blame him for looking elsewhere but will he really get games at Wolves?
For me a great shot stopper the rest of his game is poor. will have to improve to get the Number 1 slot at Wolves.

Palace and So'ton join race for Semenyo Crystal Palace and Southampton have joined Bournemouth and Burnley with interest in Bristol City striker Antoine Semenyo. Bournemouth, who had a £10m bid rejected last week, are still understood to remain the favourites. But Palace are keen and, although he is predominantly a centre-forward, he can play anywhere across the front-line. Two of Palace’s current forwards, Wilfried Zaha and Jordan Ayew, are both out of contract in the summer. Southampton have also been looking for a striker but missed out on targets the likes of Danny Ings, who joined West Ham, and Arnaut Danjuma, who is set to sign for Tottenham. Burnley preferably want to sign Semenyo in the summer if the current Championship leaders are promoted back to the Premier League. The 23-year-old is a Ghana international who has scored 20 goals and set up 22 more in 124 appearances for Bristol City. He has 18 months left on his contract at Ashton Gate.
