It might all go pear shape for us, but it'll be fun while it lasts.
To be fair, a few of them are pretty good about it, so it's cruel to wind them up too much, whilst others............

Just toying with you SMH. Probably more a dig at the vicar on your site (aka wizered) who seems a bit loose and free with his delete button.

Coleman's Swansea links probably preclude most on here accepting him as a future manager.

Oh, and the fact he's crap.<laugh>

Keep posting. Always nice to have some banter with a sensible visitor.<cheers>

I know his playing career was cut short by injury. Shame really as some compared him to Dijon Dublin.

I will be keeping an eye on your progress next season.

Will you come straight back down ? ..... who knows , personally wouldn’t be surprised either way. Anyway beside the point really , at least you got there. (Won’t stop me giving a bit of banter if you struggle a bit at times mind you) <laugh><laugh>

But for now congrats for getting there and good luck for next season.

No problem at all with that Ashton, you'll be welcomed across here, but will we be allowed to do the same over there if you struggle? :emoticon-0105-wink::emoticon-0105-wink:

If not, we'll just have some more tea......:emoticon-0136-giggl

Been quite interesting visiting other boards over the last couple weeks and discussing any comings and goings.

Fulham posters are quite serious and don't seem to realise how much work they have to do just to get the squad back to where it was. £20M for a striker they had on loan last year doesn't strengthen anything.

Mixed views on LJ and ins and outs on the brizzle board but some good debate.

Things settling down on the swans board and some good banter though after a flurry of activity from a couple of antagonists they've gone quiet again.

As for our board, as said before we could do with a few more bluebird posters but so could many others. Though those two new posters winky and ****y add to the comments.
Happy to have debate with visitors and even take some flak as long as there is banter and debate thrown in, and so long as the rock throwers accept some back.

    Happy days.:emoticon-0137-clapp

Coleman would have taken Swansea to the next level - League 1. Hopeless.

You have in the past sparky , can’t see you stopping in the future .

Personally don’t mind a bit of banter , it’s a balance though I guess , I’m aware this is your board and some might not like it , if I offend any Ccfc fans ide desist , but accept everyone’s views are different on this matter.

I’m more interested on the whole with debate and have lots of respect for proper supporters who support their local teams and aren’t plastic supporters, (don’t tell them mind but that even includes gas heads).

I’ve just had to wash my mouth , for some reason had a nasty
taste there for a minute <laugh><laugh>

So who’s gonna be your next manager once Colin decides he doesn’t want to mix it with the elite ? <laugh>

It's not a question of me stopping Ashton - more a question of being stopped. <ok>

Offending a board's local members depends on the sensitivity of that member. You've got a few who can (and do ) give as good as they get in the banter stakes like ROD and Shiny for instance. Others can't take any sort of piss taking and either behave like a "caveman" or become "precious" and can't handle any questioning.

Some across there join in with the more gentle stuff and chat quite happily tongue in cheek, others leave it alone altogether and just talk about local issues - that's fair enough as well. You've got some great posters who are knowledgeable and interesting generally - it's those who make the forum what it is, not excessive moderation. <ok>

The main reason on the whole I prefer championship to premiership, I’m why I’m not too disappointed we missed out on promotion .

Recent years have seen promoted teams do better , no reason why you can’t do better this time around , after all you only need 3 teams to gather fewer points than you , if Neil stays then you may well be ok .

Has he given any indication over his plans, after all he’s not getting any younger .
