How anyone can put Wilks in their top 3 is baffling. He had one of his worst games in a City shirt last night closely followed by Adelakun who should have been hauled off at half time as he was invisible and ineffective

Smallwood .. a captains innings .. he does the ugly stuff really well 3. Burke .. solid as ya like .. Special mention for McCann't who actually turned into McCann .. his substitutions made the difference last night .. yes it was obvious it needed changing but finally he had the courage of his convictions to swap it around .. well done .. let's hope he learns .. never know he may even consider a different formation in future when we are getting overrun down the left!
It’s ok De Wijs having a decent half but his error (getting tangled up in himself as normal) should have cost us a second goal before half time and possibly the game. He should be used as 5th CB right now behind Greaves, Alfie Jones and McLoughlin - all far better players
