I'm more worried than with Moyes under the helm. Those really were glorious times I thought it was only us who made stupid decisions.
What for you lot? You have underlying problems which won't just disappear but you're not half as bad as Moyes has made you look. Unless we invest there is a good chance you will finish above us with our champs league commitments.
You will be in top four next season. I just hope we add some depth to our squad so that its not us that miss out as a concequence. Mind you, I thought you would finish third this year so who knows!
Nah. Tell you what though, if we flop again I will begin to worry. For now I pin the vast majority of the blame on moyes and his outdated backwards ideas. Not all of it but most. The worst I can see is us being a good 15 points better off at this stage next season. I also think we have all overlooked the world cup and the effects it will have. Im expecting a tired league playing slower than usual. That might take the edge from you guys as pace and power us a big part of your game. A good number of your players will be at Brazil and with the added games im sure it will effect you. Obviously I rate rodgers as a good intelligent manager so I expect he will be throwing a few surprises. Its possible that your players will play double the amount of games. You all know the effect it will have. Not all of it bad though. I wiol admit there is some truth in the playing fames in quick sucessession. Keeps you on your toes obviously. I can see rodgers putting the league first and early exits from all cups. Getting top 4 again has to be your priority as whats the point doing what we did this season and finishing outside top 4 with a half decent cup run in europe. Pointless.
