Oh ffs, how many times, MM was told he has money, he thinks he is soo grt he does not need to spend money. Money was there, how much? Nobody knows, pointless speculating!! What i will say is that had Mick been less stubborn with team selection and tactics, we would have more points on the table. We have a squad capable of doing much better but Micks poor tactics etc is holding us back imo!!
McGoldrick + Parr out, Pitman + Knudsen in. Happy McGoldrick is keeping faith with the midfield, letting them form a partnership and another variation of front 3. 2-0 Town, happy enough with that, McGoldrick to come on with a stretched game and pick up holes.
Parr aint the greatest but think he is better than Knudsen, Mick really does not like Parr for some reason. After keeping a treasured clean sheet how can he change the back 4, double standards me thinks. Should win comfortably against a team shot on confidence but playing hoofball may just play into their hands, personally i would have liked to seen Sears up top with Pitman and Oar brought in to play out wide!!
Wahey good news - seen the goal on twtd not sure what their keeper was up to though! So long as we hold on / extend the lead I couldn't give a toss.
I think Oar is more a touch the sideline kinda winger from what I've seen - Niles can come inside. Douglas was a lot better suited in this system @ Forest than in the 4-4-2. Not unhappy at this change - but what's happened re Niles, assume injury? Not good. * Sidenote - I've got Sevilla v Man City on. This is some game.
" Mick really does not like Parr for some reason " Probably because he's been f***ing w*** this season!
I couldn't care if we had Susan Boyle uptop tonight so long as we win. How we do it I literally don't care tonight, a win, is essential.
Phew...Douglas showing a bit of what he's made of. Need a 2nd and then we can play the game we all know.
