Wednesday not winning anymore - all Saturday's hard work undone by everyone falling asleep and then a comedy goal....

Brighton are a good side, with money to spend, and some fanatical supporters (20,000+ last night). They are a great model to follow. We will be back to winning ways on Saturday.

It was vital to build confidence from Boro so why did McInnes change a winning side.

If you win you keep the shirt ffs - especially after the first win in THREE months.
And if there's one thing Carey can still do is 'organise'.
If Carey had played last night and we'd been beaten McInnes could change the side for Wolves and it would be seen to make sense to all - players included. There's absolutely no method, pattern or consistency with his management - All he's done is undermine confidence in the dressing room.

McInnes worries the bloody life out of me.

Couldn't understand why he would change a winning team like yourself, agree, if we got beat last night, with the same side as saturday, then tinker with the team against Wolves, a little bit of consistency builds confidence, so come on Derek, stick with a winning formula.

I don't know, the general consensus on OTIB seems to be that Louis can't play 2 matches in 4 days, don't shoot me for saying that, just from what I read.

Davies gives more of a goal threat which could be the reason for the other change.

I'm not too disappointed about the team selection, what concerns me is the subsitutution's. When your losing 2-0 after 26 minutes you need to change things and Del's sub choices always seem a bit late.

I don't understand why at half time we subbed a proven goalscorer for a player that holds up play well but don't score. It seems to me that we sometimes should go **** or bust.

This is one of the reasons I believe we have a good manager in the MAKING but needs help, so a director of football can offer this.

I know a lot don't agree but sometimes just a year or 18 months could be the making of him.

    I won't shoot anybody.
Why on Earth do you take any notice of - 'on OTIB seems to be that Louis can't play 2 matches in 4 days'. They're a bunch of kids.

What's important in all this is consistency, it's a possible way forward - something I'm afraid McInnes doesn't understand.
I'm not saying it's a panacea for the malaise we're in but you have to tick one box at a time until you find a solution.
Doing the Hokey Cokey screws everything.

Spot on Redprintt,I said play the same side that did us proud at boro,no he changes again and hey bisto we loose again.carey had a fantastic game at Boro, why drop him.
The big problem is Del chops and changes his side more than he changes his underpants.
I wonder what side will play on Saturday,we need to get a consistent side out on the pitch for a few games .
