Match Day Thread Brighton v Saints Tuesday 28th August 7:45pm

Creatively we have 2 new recruits in Armstrong and Moi and a new improved Redmond. For me the issue is still up front as we have Shane who can run and jump but can’t score, Charlie who can score but can’t run or jump and Gabbi who never touches the ball but can score. At least we have Ings and we need to try Gallagher tonight.

And everyone needs a chance to start alongside Ings as that may work for someone.

Sparkys career as a striker must mean he knows what he needs and has some idea of how to get it

 

What stand mate, East or west?

Our away support is really shocking these days . It used to be half decent .

We have struggled for possession this season.

We struggled all pre season with 3 at the back and gave up the ball to anyone who pressed us.
Against Burnley we couldn't hold onto the ball for the first 60 minutes before we changed formation which gave us a boost
Everton we really struggled all match but were saved by prowses set pieces in terms of creating chances

Only match we've done well in terms of possession was on the weekend which imo was largely because we had long start to hold up the ball and press defenders imo.

Saints provide info about getting there and car parks...however, also mentions the park and ride schemes, but I read on a Brighton site that the park and rides aren't operating.
