Obstruction seems to be one of the long forgotten laws of the game. See shepherding the ball out of play while standing miles away.

 

Not when we go down.

Had we brought in someone sensible that would keep us up, I think he would have stayed another year.

But I am saints through and through and even I would leave if I was in his position at the end of the season.

 

I guess there is an argument that we keep him if he has 2 years left. He could be difference between promotion and running the play off lottery again.

Then sell him even if we get promoted/hope a season winning regularly tricks him into signing a longer deal

 

Oh, and btw - that ****ing kit! In Brighton ffs…

Triggers me far more than it should that we don't wear our home kit in games like that.

 

The whole issue of kits seems to be purely commercial ( to encourage fans to buy second and third kits). I’m bemused when teams such as Wolves who play in orange wear a changed kit to play us,

 

Yeah of course it is. I'm sure there's agreements with the kit suppliers about wearing each of second and away x amount of times a season.

Christmas coming up too so a good time to showcase them I guess. Presumably we'll wear yellow at Villa.

 

Remember, everything off field is going very well, and that’s what matters.
