    Abit unfair on the women.

The WSL is all wrong atm. A handful of teams with all the best players and money and success to maintain the gap. Its a two tier league where the big teams dominate and the only way to join them is to spend lots of money.

The best way to look at it is, its sort of like the SPL

    no it's not.

the "big" sides are actually just run at a big loss but ego clubs with budgets far in excess of income for womens team.

theres a massive difference between that and other set ups.

its the equivalent of the french football league with PSG one unfair team paying 1mil a week to two players when all the rest can't afford to pay a tenth of it.

Still a handful of teams who can outspend the rest of the league and dominate it. The financial reasons behind it are irrelevant.

    only irrelevant if its legal.

the french league is a disgrace and the wsl is equally so and unsustainable.

when people talk scottish league or dutch league you are talking about massively popular and supported teams with the fair financing to win things against less well off sides. one if the big differentiators in those types of leagues is access to European comps and money that widens the gap further.

None of that matters in WSL or french leagues as no matter what anyone does PSG etc types will hoover talent and bully their way to all the trophies.

no football fan in their right mind would expect a sdie with a 15k stadium to complete with one with 75k stadium year on year, but even in scotland theres "hope" you can do the right things and get an 11 together and just maybe do something.

I absolutely believe Klopp has it in him to bring us to the top again.

I also believe it is in part Klopp's fault we're in this mess. Don't want to get rid of him, he's earned the right to an off season, but he keeps trying the same thing over and over and expecting different results. He needs to adapt and create Klopp Liverpool 2.0

The big tie is Real.Madrid. Like Liverpool, they are playing dross, perhaps even a better class of dross. I feel.Liverpool Will win this tie and go on to.make the CL.final. Often happens that a team.playing like turkeys in their own domestic league, produce gold in the CL.

I'm not sure about that - too loyal to whom?
If he is being denied the opportunity to buy the players he needs, then he has to go with what he has. I see that more as necessity than loyalty.

Liverpool have more pace!! Liverpool it seems turn up.when it matters - against Manchester City and will likely derail.their title bid, probably Arsenal.and in the CL.

I think it's a bit of both. Klopp definitely a loyal person and he's definitely getting screwed in the transfer market too

I agree that it’s both. Everyone is culpable in our downfall.

The one small glimmer of hope is that the number of presses was still very high, which indicates that the players are still playing for Klopp.

The issue is that the execution of the pressing is horrifically poor nowadays, both individually and group. Players, in particular fab and Hendo are just too slow to keep up.

We’re losing the duels but more worryingly, we’re not even competing in some duels becaus we’re too slow.
