been a bit of a theme, longstaff let the wolves player go for their goal, Ampadu let Fernandes go for West Ham’s goal last week

Its every time a side attacks us. I get that you can pass a man on but you cant just pass everyone on to the centre backs. Just stand in their way, pull their shirt, trip them up or just impede them by running alongside of them shoulder to shoulder. Its not difficult at all.

We're not nearly as horrible to play as some of us think we are. In reality, we are extremely accommodating and even easy at times. We'll get plenty of hammerings over the next few games if it doesn't stop. The Tanaka experiment in the PL has to end and I'd say get rid in January whilst we can get decent money for him.

Well that's ****ed up the weekend. Our worst performance this season. It's not just that we lost the game, it was the supine way we lost. There was so little passion or energy. It really doesn't bode well for our chances of survival this season.

I doubt Farke tells them to not mark opposition players.

It was the same under Marsch, Gracia and Allardyce. Everyone blames the manager but if the players are incapable at this level.....

Aaronson went from hero to zero from last week, Longstaffe was pants, DCL again no service but when he did get the ball he turned into Barndoor Paddy. Tanaka wasnt great either. Perri at fault for the first goal but he made enough saves to make me worry what the score against could have been. Why do move forward like a snail when the easy thing to do is what we did last season and what Brighton did today….. get behind our defence and whip into danger areas and score. We spend more time misplacing passes, passing sideways and backwards instead of getting the ball into the box. Okafor was the only light for us today. It was pants and now our goals against is laughable

We had a good squad (for the championship) which by a miracle might have kept us up. If I was a betting man I'd wager they wouldn't. But now we've spent a load of cash on players that might keep us up, but if I was a betting man I'd wager they won't.
And there's every chance we will carry those in to the Championship next season, their asset value will plummet and we're back to two seasons ago carrying dead wood.

Aaronson isn't Prem quality; in fact, I think he struggled at Berlin. DCL got a bit of service Okafor, but I don't think he was quick enough. DCL I'm not impressed with ATM. Agreed Perri's reaction wasn't quick enough; he should have been off the floor and leaping to save that first goal. Farke's game relies on speed and more speed. Wednesday learnt that if you slow us down, you can get a result out of us. I'm assuming a decent coach, worth their salt, watched a few games from the last 2 seasons.
