Ultimately, this is down to the manager. There will always be issues at any club. However, it is how those issues are managed through impact mitigation that sets a good manager apart from self-obsessed one. Mourinho fits the latter. Sir Alex had multiple issues with several players but he never allowed the situation to get toxic that it damages the team - Stam, Ronaldo, Keane and many more. Mourinho lacks wisdom to handle difficult situations when things turn against him. Regardless of brilliant his record is, his inability to manage his men mentally always results in complete capitulation after few years of peace.

indeed ... he lost the players ... playing negative football is really annoying .. but now no result too !! too much to handle atm
we are making it simple to opposite teams .. committing less people forward .. easy to defend against .. and predictable.. if we attacked in numbers we would had put them under pressure at least we stop them building up their counters so comfortably.. Jose become a dinosaur.. while other teams way of playing changed and evolved .. he is still sticking to same stupid ways of playing football.

I think that is the biggest challenge Jose ever had .. and in next weeks he need to win the dressing room back or he is out very soon.
