Yes, that's right. You can't park anywhere near the ground and they're aren't any pubs near either (although you can drink at the ground, always good ale too), the club work very hard to make away fans welcome - with free travel from surrounding areas and good local beer as well as a guest ale from whoever we're playing. After the game all the concourses are open and you're welcome to join the home fans for a beer (unless of course your Millwall/Palace etc or any other club that attract a high percentage of terminally angry fans!)

Most people drink near Brighton main station, loads of decent pubs and only a 10 minute journey to the ground by train - they run every 10 minutes on a match day. For those wanting to make a weekend of it (and plenty do) we have loads of cheap B&B's as you'd expect from a seaside town, great shopping, nightlife and everything you'd expect from a tourist resort.

The locals are generally friendly (unless your from London) so you wont have any bother anywhere. We like Hull and especially lord Prescott who gave us the green light to build the Amex - the stadium is not to everyone's liking (bizzarely teams we beat don't like it!) but generally the feedback from away fans is good. We love it after years being homeless.

Anyway, you'll have a good day out and it'll be a good game so hope you come down in numbers and make it a memorable day.

It is a **** ground to go down to directly, but it's a decent place to go to for the weekend, so worth doing.

I've never known anyone do a gay survey! what are you talking about?

We do have a large demographic of homosexuals if that's what you mean? if you find this threatening then I can advise you where not to park.

I reckon you'll be OK though sweetpee, most of them are quite fussy.

You're right about going to it directly, that's why most don't. Have a drink in Brighton and get the train to Falmer, 10 minutes away and they leave every 10 minutes.

Great draw for a weekend away.

Just hope some of our more vocal fans attend this time unlike last season when we took our Darby & Joan tartan blanket mob.

I have to say we always drive straight to the ground so the fact their is no parking near the ground is a bit of a piss take, liked the ground, but atmosphere was average last time we went there. Never got why they didn't just create a car park for away fans, charge them 5-10 quid and make a nice little earner each time.

Fancy us to beat you, but it wouldn't shock me if you won us the team we put out will be similar to a top end Championship side so a tight game no doubt.
