Really really poor. Awful from ref to start with falling from the dive - what ever happened to restrospectibe punishment for dives? then just awful from whole defence.
Robertson has been terrible all game.so not shocked. all he has to do is put it out . he's been our worst play bar Elliott.
that's all down to not pumping the ball down the line by gomez. get the ball as far from goal as humanly.possible
2nd half was a real not interested in playing type performance. diaz has been particularly poor. salah hasn't got the 90 in him to do the defensive work. shapes been awful and indulgent most of the game. 9 out of 12 points this block after a debacle of a reffing show last game would have been great. 7 out of 12 is just top 4. what annoys me is Robertson suddenly full of running in the last 10. what is also annoying is de zerbi stopping his man taking the throw and not being called for it. First week thats a yellow.
totally self inflicted is the issue. no disrespect to Brighton cos their pressing trap was good but that first was a debacle and the second was a total **** up by robertson
Well Dno what to make of that. awful first half but went in ahead and should have been playing against 10. Then gravenberch missed a sitter to make it 3-1 Then ref gives 2 awful decisions, first gives a foul against Gomez for nothing when lino 5 yards away gives a throw. Then 20 seconds later gives Brighton a free kick from a March dive.
It must be amazing how can watch same game get view it totally different. Cos second half we actually played football and looks threatening rather than paaaing it around to each other at Cb
