Bristol City have agreed the one-month emergency loan capture of Fulham defender Matthew Briggs.

The 21-year-old can operate at left-back, centre-back or on the left wing. But it will be at full back where Briggs will be challenging for a regular starting place during his month at Ashton Gate.

Being a Fulham fan I can tell you he is a good player and has a nice left peg on him. Scored a beauty in the Europa league a while back, just hope he isn't cursed by the City loan demon...
