    Best team won. United were ahead twice but Brid had the better of the ball the whole game. Uniteds striker Agnew caused them some grief as he always does but overall you could see the difference in class.

    West lower was pretty full, brid brought a couple of hundred, singing from both sets of fans. Allowed to take beer to seats. I would guess about 800-1200.

    Good game. Enjoyed the 'informal' aspect of been able to sit where you like and have a beer if you wanted.

    Hull's no. 9 Agnew looked like he could play at a higher level (someone mentioned he'd played in Scotland) and Brid's hat trick
    scorer (Hogg ?) was MotM. Don't know how old they are mind.

    The Brid lad that was sent off after about 20 secs of coming on was amusing to the neutral.
