Well today Democracy has been well and truly blown out of the water.
We have a bunch of remainers from all parties gone against the public vote in 2016.
For me a election is required and the Tory and Brexit party need to blow Labour out of the water once and for all.
Labour has gone against its voters who voted leave in their masses and will be crucified at the election.
2016 and the people’s vote has been ignored by a bunch of MPs who have gone against the majority’s wishes.

never seen anything like it, rees mogg (google him) sprawled across the benches like a latter day Georgian fop while his party tears itself in half, hilarious if not so tragic.

So it seems the Labour party and Lib Dems don't want a election.

Why because they will be smashed never too return,

I say if you want to carry on this action against the peoples vote of 2016 grow some balls and let's have it out with a election.

I don't think Johnson has the power to sack a sitting mp, he can withdraw the tory whip, but unless the mans some sort of minister, not mutch else.

Paha no it's not. It's because this way they have the Tories by the balls. They need an election and Labour will agree to it as long as they pass a bill taking no deal off the table. Dare I say it, it's a rare bit of good work Labour have actually done in the past year. That said, the Tories would obviously get the most votes in an election, it's just down to whether they can claw a majority.

Only the papers could describe Boris as strong and brave after last night. He got publicly humiliated and shown for the crap leader he is. Problem is, they're all crap these days!

The dimension that doesn't seem to have been factored in (though I may have missed it) is the EU.
If they don't agree to an extension, and all member states have to agree to it, we're out at the end of Oct, with or without a deal.
The irony is, if the government force Boris to go to Brussels to ask for an extension, he could dutifully oblige, then when the vote comes, vote against it.
    Its a right buggars muddle.
Can't see anything but we're out without a deal.

There is barely a person in the world that thinks Boris came away with any kind of victory last night, and I didn't even mention Corbyn. Barely a month in power and he's been caught lying a **** ton of times and lost his majority in a public and humiliating manner. If you watched it and actually thought Boris came across well then you are deluded. Completely and utterly deluded.

Tory Rory Stewart sacked by text while he accepted politician of the year award

A Tory rebel dumped by the Conservative Party has revealed he was sacked by text while accepting a politician of the year award.

Rory Stewart was one of 21 Conservatives with 350 years' experience brutally purged by Boris Johnsonlast night after supporting a move to block no-deal Brexit .

Also purged were ex-Chancellors Philip Hammond and Ken Clarke - despite the 77-year-old Father of the House serving as MP for Rushcliffe for 49 years.

Former International Development Secretary Mr Stewart - who stood for Tory leadership only two months ago - today warned up to 40 MPs are prepared to defy Mr Johnson.

He called the decision to throw him out of the party "astonishing" and said it was something "you associate with other countries" rather than Britain.

He received the news of his sacking as he was being given the GQ award for politician of the year at London's Tate Modern.

Red Robin only you could read that and think it makes Boris look good rather than bad,.

You do realise Boris himself did that same thing himself twice under Theresa May? Should Boris have been sacked then?

Wait a minute. So you think democracy is dead, because the MP's didn't do what their leader (i.e. dictator) told them?

This is a special kind of stupid.

They should be following the vote of 2016 and respect that, these MPs are working for us the people and should never forget that.

    Are you having a laugh?
The EU have colluded with the remainers now led by Corbyn.
The EU will agree an extension forever.
They know we're better off out and more to the point they know they're much better off with us paying billions to keep them from imploding.
