I don't want another vote. I think the reasoning behind Brexit doesn't stand up to most basic reasoning and was emotional rather than rational but it happened and let's roll with the punches. I think it was going to be a major negative to the economy for a number of years but has probably been dwarfed by Covid-19 now anyway so it's not going to be something we can judge.

Like most people, I'm just bored of it really.

That's exactly it... Then it'll be I told you so arguments and people saying it would've been fine, but for covid.

I financially secure, but I'm a vindictive nasty bastard, so I'm going to rejoice when Nissan closes for example

Soz guys

I call it as I see it

People are way too soft on here sometimes, whens the last time you worked? Name calling is a pretty common occurrence in my line.

Anyway it's not going to burn? Surely people didn't vote for that?

No its not going to burn, I highly doubt thr Nissan factory will change at all. Its all political guff designed to scare people.

80% of issues caused by a politicians vote can be worked around and fixed in some way or another.

People need to calm down.

Political threads on this site don't do anyone any good, cause long time rifts if people can't just forget about it

David Cameron has be very quiet <laugh>

It'll never end this, so it's going to cause argument after it happens too..

I think these threads on here should be banned or we will potentially ruin the good spirit we've got..

It's bothersome to both sides of the debate...

<ok><hug>

The situation may or may not have changed but if the vote had been acted on quicker instead of being constantly delayed by whingers it would have been done by now. I’m still laughing my way through btw

This is absolute bullshit. Poland leave the EU? Hahahahaha, go have a look at their recent economic history and come back to me. Oh and this.

https://www.pewresearch.org/global/2019/10/14/the-european-union/

You can't use an independent survey based on a very small minority of people and present it as a fact to describe millions of people. That's just bullshit, it's a bit like people using opinion polls as evidence and then wonder what happened when the opposite happens.

Can’t we trade without a free trade deal?

Of course we can. Or the the EU could just agree to a free trade deal like the other 60 odd countries we've already got deals with, but why would they want to do that when they could try and over rule everything we do.

A bit like saying there are rumours without links..... <laugh>

I said there were rumours in regards to Rafa being approached by Derby several weeks ago as long as they got took over and then suddenly he was the bookies favourite. I then said his agent has been approached by arsenal over a week ago in regards to an 18 month contract if Arteta is sacked. Let's see on that one.
