I didn't suggest that. I was playing devil's advocate with Richard Dawkins' statement that only the educated should make decisions on governance.

I wouldn't know. I escaped 30 years ago, to the home of the brave, and the land of the free. Why aren't you tucked up in bed with a 1,000-page tome on philosophy? Don't forget to read the fly-leaf; they're often the best bit of the book --especially those of Nietsche.
