The destructive impact of this expression of little englishness on the establishment elite is likely to be megga.

It's certainly a regressive move but I look forward to opportunities for real progress as the impact of the incompetence of those who pick up the pieces becomes apparent

Unfortunately things needed to get worse before they could get better, This should at least achieve that. It's a pity that there will be much resultant suffering but in the chaos there will be many opportunities.

The slow sinking of Britain on the world stage looks like it's about to go up a gear.

Bring it on.

It's all inner London and Scotland for Remain. I was somewhat kidding about Yorkshire independence but if our capital city and a country that wanted independence themselves two years ago swing this EU vote... Well, I think the breakup of the UK as a nation state couldn't come sooner. We're not a 'united kingdom', we're a very divided kingdom.

I thought Manchester and Liverpool would vote to stay. Surprised at Wolverhampton. Wonder how Birmingham and Leicester will vote. I've seen videos of Asian people in Stoke being interviewed and they were passionately Leave and Leicester has a significant Asian community.
