B Team won 1 - 0 after a tough game against strong opponents, my guess is that Mousa and Co haven't worked that hard in years.
Yeah, I'm a little surprised he hasn't featured more yet - he's pretty much been here a month now so you'd think his fitness levels would have improved - but when he has played his performances haven't screamed "Pick me!"
Him and Djenepo got 90 mins today and we only won 1 nil due to Ballard penalty - cant image that did much for them either
You have to appreciate that 2022/23 Squad which was just beginning to be a potent force was split assunder with players despatched on loan all over the place, it is back to square one with the B Team, but at least it is being used in the old way where first teamers needing time and recovering from injury have a pathway to do it. The tri-axis of Dibling, Morgan and Ballard, with Pearce as a back up is no more, that's where the goals were coming from, but they were mostly Under 18 Players..
And incidentally it's the guys on the pitch that make things happen. So whoever he picks let's hope they do! Really getting fed up with the continuous bilge being directed to this one individual. I'm really looking forward to seeing the team succeed, but I suspect whatever the situation is by the end of May, safely in the PL or not, this stuff will still get spouted about him.
Nathan is going to try the Trumpton formation against Brentford. Armstrong, Armstrong, Elyounoussi, Edozie couldn't dribble or score.
Sounds like KWP might be ok for the game, giving an exciting opportunity for five at the back Bazunu KWP Bree Lyanco Janny B Edozie Lavia Diallio Moi JWP Adams a 5-2-2-1 formation, not sure if we’ve tried that one yet
He's provably trying to play the way he set up Luton, which is 3 4 1 2, But obviously he can't as we've got umpteen bloody wingers.
This one is for our new CF "Hey Paul, hey Paul, let's have a ball, gigantic, gigantic a big big bloke"
I have read the Bible from cover to cover and there is no mention whatsoever in it of football. The nearest thing is the stoning of some poor woman. I have to conclude therefore that God knows **** all about football and that if Jones asks God for his advice and follows it then he is a bigger fool than I thought. However should it ever be proved that God does know a great deal about football and has all of his coaching badges then we have to conclude that God doesn't like the guy very much and is deliberately telling him a load of bollocks to take the piss.
