I think we are the 7th best team in this league and we'll finish as just that imo.

We're building and the future looks brighter than it did, I'm looking forward to next season with real hope.

We've had our chances and wins in our last 2 would have had us very much dreaming of Wembley. As it is we've missed the chance and in hindsight we've passed up too many opportunities this year to be serious promotion contenders.

The only thing I will add is that this is a mental division and anything can happen. If we can win our remaining 4 (unlikely in the extreme and a feat we haven't managed at any point this season) then it's still possible, just........

I've gone for the soft option instead. Only got 4/9 on a City win or draw double chance and 7/4 for the same MK Dons win or draw combo, but as a double that comes out nearly 3/1. So anything other than a home win in either game and I'll be in the dosh.<magic>

I've just stuck £7 on it. Why £7? - because that's all I've got left in my B365 account without depositing any more..........<laugh>

Well you will have £28 there in the morning that you can then put on City to get promoted

I think that next season City will do quite well if they can add the much sought after goal scoring striker plus get some more pace on the wings and somebody in midfield who can drive forward and find out the strikers.
Presuming Marshall stays and the defence also with a better wing back than Malone, then with these new additions and a new manager no reason why City can't compete with the top teams.
 
Starting XI: Marshall; Peltier, Morrison, Connolly, Malone; Noone, O’Keefe, Ralls, Whittingham; Immers, Pilkington.

Subs: Moore, Turner, Dikgacoi, Lawrence, Ameobi, Zohore, Saadi
 
Seems like we're having a go. With Wednesday still drawing we need to make sure we aren't kicking ourselves over another missed opportunity
 
If anyone thinks Slade should be our manager next season then they must be mad.

0-0 ten minutes left. Wednesday drawing. Still no Zahore. He comes on and scores and has 2 other efforts. Each game he comes on for 10 minutes and nearly scores.

Slade has to go.
 
Wonder what our declared attendance v Bolton will be? Free tickets offer again. How many parents will tell their kids they have to go and watch City if they behave badly?
