Wtf? I didn't want the thread closed Dilli as you know but I'm also all for the mods taking a decision and sticking to it. If they think you can be bullied, you will be.

The last thing I expected was for Rodgers & Liverpool to do well but I thing I may be wrong Daiswan . They looked the real deal against city , organized& motivated ... time will tell though

My point of order is that other similar threads have not been deleted and i thought it was spiteful that mine was. I dont agree with any post other than wummers from other clubs being deleted anyway, and even only then if they are so rude and insulting....Banter is ok as its a bit of fun and some very funny. So now fans can see what i wrote please tell me what i did wrong........dil thanks mate give it a day and then we can move on...

 

Well OK Dai as you asked...

I didn't want the thread deleted and didn't PM Dilli but you must see that this would rile some Swans fans up. Feelings towards Rodgers are running high at our Club even if you can't understand why. You must recognise this surely, even if you don't share those sentiments.

At an exciting time for our Club the last thing many wanted to see was a thread saying how great he is and what a fantastic job he's doing. It was insensitive in the extreme even though it wasn't offensive in any way, and that's why I don't think you should have posted it.

That's my take, and I suspect a view shared by others. Like you say, time to move on.

 

I think Lone derailed the thread by bringing up Danny Graham....

Well Liverpool only scraped a draw against Hearts at Anfield 1-1 tonight. Don't know who was playing for them though and can't be bothered to look.

Just take the sticky off & let it run it's course , like it should have in the first place . Any fool can read this article & realize when it comes to article moderation , this was a non event . Breezy, I'd tend to agree with you if it was anyone else but let's be honest he's been pushing his luck for years on here. I think this was the final straw for some.

But I agree, just let it drop down.

It should be remembered though that the mods have a difficult enough task as it is trying to keep everyone happy - which they'll never achieve - without getting stick from us.

 

Mods make there job more difficult by doing what they did here .. If the requirement for deleting articles was because of it's pointlessness , then there would be hundreds of deleted articles . Mistakes were made deleting this thread , no biggy just take the sticky off & let it go on it's own merit & move on . To try to justify the deletion of this thread is a laugh & a losing battle
