I have said it a few times and ill say it again. Brendan is a good manager but i think he is out of his depth managing all aspects of a big team and i was disappointed with him for that. He has shown he cant handle £100s of millions buying the right players and he does not have the respect of a few players and thousands of fans who did not want him in the first place. His tactics on the field have been fairly good and his best attribute at liverpool but to manage a big club you need every attribute and he dont have that. He is a lovely man to talk too and im saddened he just dont have all the skills for a big club.....
There's no one putting the boot in Brendan. Most of the posts above are giving a realistic assessment of what is likely to happen given his position at Liverpool. They've got a pretty tough start to the campaign and it's highly likely they will struggle. Perhaps you need to brush up on basic football facts before making yourself look foolish.........again.

Wrong,my opinion is just that - my opinion. It has no more value than anyone else's,and for me to think otherwise would be gross arrogance on my part. I will continue to air my opinions,and if I am a solitary voice,so be it. I have no intention of joining the sheep,and pity those who feel the need to be one of the boys',since that is not a satistfactory way to live. Holding contrary opinions can be a lonely place,exposing one to abuse and ridicule by the mob. And they are quick to act,usually several at a time.Concerted,and in harmony. They gleefully attack,then cry like stuck pigs when the attack is rebuffed. That doesn't worry me,since I can give as good as I take,only better. I do not seek confrontation,but am a reactionary. There are some on here who are totally unable to accept a contrary opinion/point of view,and that's their problem,not mine. They have spoiled this forum,not me.. This forum has lost too many top posters in recent times. Ask yourself this question. WHY DID THEY LEAVE? A few days break is not a solution. A change of mindset by a certain group of individuals is,however. There are some decent posters who contribute quietly and effectively,but then there's the gang,and they have wrecked the forum. They need to get some balance in their small blinkered lives,and stop whinging,when they are challenged.
