Definitely a loan by the sounds of it. nufc dot com say signing 9th of 11, would be incredible if we get Ings and Knockeart, but can see this getting pricey - even though Ings isn't getting into the team at Liverpool, I can't see him leaving on the cheap, especially the way prices are going mental in the Prem right now, Still, would take him in a flash, he blew the champ apart last time he was in it, well worth splashing the cash to get them two.
It's not pricey, though - we'll be something like +£20m by the time Sissoko sods off. We'll have made nigh-on £70m in player sales.
We're going to have almost a whole new team by the end of the transfer window so you just have to hope they can gel quickly.

Will De Jong have any takers though? He's hardly bumped his price up since his been here, only chance I can imagine would be fobbing him off back to a Dutch club. It's been all silent on the Sissoko and Tiote front for a while, so that leaves at least De Jong, Sissoko, Tiote, Haidara, Riviere, Gouffran, Good, Bigirimana and Vuckic that we still want to get rid of by the end of the month, can't see us managing to ditch them all.
In Holland for definite! PSV and Ajax will be interested - obviously only for a nominal fee I would have thought! Have a feeling Sissoko will stay - all the "big" clubs according to Sissoko have pretty much said they're not interested or they have done. His (and ours) only hope is Arsenal as they are leaving signings rather late!
Saying De Jong going to PSV on a seasons loan and will be alongside his brother. Maybe ( just maybe ) he can get some game time and prove his fitness.
