Suarez is probably 15-20mill under market value at 40m, no one really knows what agreement they had about offers this summer either. The guy is one of the best 5 footballers on the planet but also probably the worst person in football. If he wasn't such a ****er Utd, City and Chelsea would be knocking Liverpools door down but instead it's the desperate one of the CL teams trying to buy world class on the 'cheap' because hes damaged goods I'm pretty sure I read that liverpools record without him last season was pretty good in comparison and they've added quality. After a shaky start from my point of view Brenda has overseen an ongoing steady improvement in style and results. No wum at all. You guys seem confident do you think you can/will finish above them?
If someone offered me £40 million for a player who didn't want to play for me I would bite their hand off. I think it's a good deal for Liverpool. If anything, Arsenal are paying over the odds.
