My view is that we've got good mods at the moment, look on other boards and it's all abuse,. at least we can have a chuckle at ourselves and keep us coming back to discuss things

That's never bothered me in real life or on here, and it's simply a place to give your view on all things Swansea City, so don't see the problem!...........
My problem is that this place had too many chiefs but not enough indians. And sometimes there is too much moderating going on only IF its getting out of hand then it should be moderated nothing deleted and open for all to make their own opinion.
I really thought that was going on, I lurked the old 606 and that wasn't a nice board ,some have transfered here without hangups others are still a little bit venemous
To be honest mate it's a thankless job, I know, because I did it for 12 months, so I think we should all give our mods some space now, so they can re group, we don't need any more criticism, as Breezy & Black have done enough lately. and whatever way forward Ash decides to take, he will get my support, it's alway a difficult one keeping the mob, in check!................
i dont know what the problem Breezy & Black have but this much unrest cant be all down to posters tho!
I used to manage 30 staff and the key is to listen even if its childish, soon they will come around and the problem can be resolved without too much conflict.
The problem I had started when Dilligaf announced on a thread that he was going to make a big announcement on a thread he was going to put up , he seemed a kid in a candy store . When his thread came out that Casual had been banned I was upset & since then he's compounded problem after problem all on his very own . As soon as his thread on Casual's banning came out I showed my displeasure instantly & never let up because each thing he did was clearly wrong .. it wasn't rocket surgery . Anyways swan & only , that was my problem and like Crosby Stills Nash & Young allude to , I have a code that I live by .
Trouble with you Breezy is your like a dog with a bone, you don't know when to stop, it's always been your problem, that and when you get bored you fancy a cyber scrap, know you only too well mate, so don't try and make out Dilli was all to blame, as you know it takes two to tango, and you've done more than your fare share. The problem with most on here is recognizing victims .. Guys like Casual , the Peruvian , the QPR mod , nobody wants to talk about what happen to these guys because , apparently , Dilligaf was a victim ... spare me the bull Phil . This isn't back the buddy , it's what's right is right . The fact that there were so few that saw so little wrong in Dilligaf's dealings along the way ( or didn't care ) is why I will leave this board if you just carry on without referencing me .... It will be an easy thing to do . I will have to pop around once a month to catch fuffs on his period though Lol !!

IMO mods some (not all) let the power go to their head and it affects their judgement. instead of a pointless slagging how can we resolve this matter we all need to get things off our chest.
I was p1ssed off but come to realise that quite a few people have issues with the person I had a problem with for whatever reason, and a lot of the issues have originated with that person. 2+2=?
