How on earth could we ever sign a player from a MASSIVE™ club like Leeds? He's not good enough and is a big fish in Leeds little pond at the moment, as Hilts says though he's better than velikonja, cornelius and joe. If he's all we can get at this point then he's more likely to score than many of the front men we have/had this season.

Can't believe Malky/Moody were so gullible as to fork out that sort of dosh and 5 year contract on those wages to a one season wonder in a crap national league. Still, there's one good thing come out of it. We appear to be able to lose that sort of money and move forward. If the same happened to you, you'd be crapping yourselves. Don't want to get into the finances of both clubs, there's enough been said about that from many uninformed quarters, but with Tan on board, it appears we can walk away and get on with it. With Huw, I reckon the signings (loans) you've made this window are a clear sign of where your club is going.
