there's a good chance they'll try and keep everybody happy (which will please nobody)

transfer embargo this summer but able to sign players from january when celtic should have a big enough lead in the SPL.
 
Why do you mention Celtic ??? It's Rangers that have committed the crime , even Rangers fans admit they have to be punished . Remember the last 5 transfers you've done you've defaulted on all five . What punishment would you say is fair ???? I suggest maybe the first 5 corners you win next season are called bye kicks to the opponents !!!!'
