I think also it was annoying how many times either city, groupon or the evening post had match day tickets that worked out cheaper than what season ticket holders were paying as it got fans in charging adults £10 but not great for us fans paying adult season ticket prices
There is another reason for doing the cheap one off tickets they hope that a few of the people who come for a cheap day out will buy season tickets in the future the same reasoning behind quid a kid if the kid likes it he might pester his/her parents for a season ticket of their own. The club has to find ways of bringing in more younger people it can't rely on us old farts for ever.
