    Pain perdu is the original name and french toast does have eggs. The above would just be 'fried bread'.

    In work on a Saturday so off to have a big fry up at 9, there has to be something to look forward to. :)

    Just has a Cumberland sausage on white bap with brown sauce from Cornish Pasty shop Oxford Station on the way to Twickenham. Just hit the spot!

    Stayed at a holiday Inn last night for the divisional annual xmas get together, mega breakfast to soak up last nights wine.beer. They had a pancake machine which guests can operate, I could have played with it all day, and the machine (thought I would get that one in before Gerrez)

    Whilst I'm here... back on topic, had beans on toast this morn, but with a twist, had them on four slices of chilli bread from the supermercado. Bread had a little bit of a kick which was a nice surprise, normally these ones with special ingredients are very lacklustre. Made good toast too.

    Bought some nice chorizo yesterday, tempted to fry some of that up for brekky today
