So have you not tried the sitting upright method? My old boss Mike kept getting rushed off to hospital at death's door, literally, before he started the chair business. Of course it didn't cure the problem, but it did get him a lot more sleep & a lot less ambulance trips. That was 30 years ago - he's still going strong. Think it's all to do with reducing constriction of the lungs. If you haven't tried it - have a go. Immediately! You must be exhausted. Hope they're giving you something for the panic aspect too. Valium or some such. Again, if not, get some!
Hey Elland stop worrying mate you will only make yourself worse. You will start panicking for no reason if not careful
I'm sure I speak on behalf of the Japanese lad when I say neither of us would say anything uncomplimentary about Emma.
Cardiff know they won't be getting Foreshaw, and have snapped up a Liverpool midfielder on loan instead Loan: Marko Grujić is a Bluebird City pick up Reds midfielder… please log in to view this image Cardiff City FC is delighted to announce the loan signing of Marko Grujić from Liverpool, subject to international clearance. I can empathise. Really can. Doc rushed me into hozzie a couple of months ago. Coughing up blood & couldn't breathe. Oxygen saturation really low. Transpires the breathing thing was partly an anxiety attack. Very scary, especially as it took them all day to get the oxygen level back up. You clearly need some sort of sedative, both to help you sleep, & to relax you, breathing-wise. Get on to the emergency doc, or you will be back in hozzie very shortly. At best. You've got to get into seriously assertive mode here, Ell. Have you got medication? Doesn't seem to be working if you have. I'm also assuming you're doing your proper asthma breathing tecniques. Are you? Easy to forget basics when you're panicking.
I have. He's not on it. His first match was in the LC, as I remember. https://www.yorkshireeveningpost.co...vals-imminent-as-whites-crush-lions-1-8639687
They can't give me sedatives due to my asthma. My oxygen levels were low too, but fine now. 23rd Dec - A and E. I wasn't right. They more or less said I was fine as chest x-ray was clear. Obviously I had a virus so would not have shown up. 26th Dec Back to A and E, different hospital as had been visiting my folks. Didn't even treat me. Gave me an inhaler and a spacer and sent me away. 4 hours later I was in my doctors surgery. Straight onto nebuliser, straight onto oxygen. Ambulance called. 5 nights in hospital.
Too right pal, when you know you're not breathing right, and you live alone its easy to forget breathing excerses
Would still call the emergency doc if I was you. You don't take chances with serious asthma! DO IT!!!
