They still have to be punished though imo. Attempted murder is still a crime even if you failed to kill someone. Same principle should apply here. A slap on the wrist isn't good enough.

There has to be sanction for this ****housery, albeit I suspect a host of CEO’s will be the sacrificial lambs and they’ll all pretend that justice has been served.
The owners who organised it and pushed for it should be banned from the sport for life
