It wasn't really conclusive either way, sometimes they're given, sometimes they're not, but i think it was a fair enough decision. In fact, I think Webb's had a good game.
I know they're a much-lowed underdog but I really don't like Chile. Every tackle someone off the ball turns to the ref and waves an imaginary card, it seems like their number one priority is get as many people booked as possible, number two is to score a goal. Neymar is bad for it obviously but Chile's full team seem to be like him. Typical South Americans, they're worse than Uruguay.
Yeah very good game n one of the most important highlights of his career...handball decision completely made by lines man though..infact Webb gave the goal!
