I really don't understand why he didn't get a yellow for the dive. If this was not the right time to give when, then when is? In certain situations, the player may have genuinely fallen when he goes down even though it's not a penalty. But in the situation where there has been a simulation, there should be a card. The referee reacted as though it was a simulation and told him to get up.
I'd had concerns that the fix was in, in favour of Brazil naturally. This result has shown that I was perhaps overly cynical. Good.
