I was at a relatives house, fixing a printer issue on her computer [you lazy s****, HP] this evening when she called out to watch a replay of a save by the Mexico keeper. I watched it through and then immediately said... that's a Gordon Banks save..!

As she was questioning who I was referring to, Gary Lineker and Co talked over the real Gordon Banks save [any excuse to show it, they said]. Yeah, the Mexico keeper's save was quite similar, and it was special, but not quite as good as the real thing. It appears she saw the Banks save for the first time ever [???], and I was inundated with questions of when, and under which circumstances, that famous save took place, and why it was so good.

Of course, the fact that I referred to it as a Gordon Banks save before any of the pundits suggested it added to the curiosity. Apparently, the followers on Twitter have been saying the same. It is very similar, and the opposing protagonists happened to be Brazil again. That helped. :)
