Had a quick look on the Liverpool forum. Several mehs, but several good signing comments too. Someone popped this video up of Rickie making a Rickie contribution during the Away match against Fulham, last season. I hadn't seen it before. Says it all really. Sorry about the music.

Yep. Even in today's ultra inflated footballer evaluations, £4M is a steal. Hope the add-ons are big.

 

I don't give a flying hootenanny about Liverpool or how they perform next season. I care about England in the World Cup but more than that I care about how Saints perform next season.

We are going to miss Lamberts ability next season. It's very nice & laudable that we give a player the opportunity to live his dream move, but we have done ourselves absolutely no favours whatsoever. All we've done is make a strong opponent stronger, a rich man richer, and my team poorer......

The right thing. Sometimes that's what you have to do, regardless of the cost to yourself.

 

Chill out. We've sold someone who is on the decline. Rickie was never going to be first choice striker at Saints next season anyway.
